This model of velvet rapier loom weaving machine is mainly weave a double-layers velvet fabrics, such as velvet 9000, velvet 5000, cotton velvet, silk velvet, plain velvet and so on, which are with certain height of pile warp between the top and bottom layers. sandwich is from 2.5 mm to 6 mm, the two-layer velvet fabrics would be slit apart to create two velvet fabrics.
This power loom is widely replace to the rapier loom, because of high efficiency and good performance.

The velvet rapier loom weaving machine is equipped with an intelligent velvet control system that allows it to perform tasks such as electronic let-off for land and pile warps, electronic pile raising, electronic dobby and cam shedding and jacquard, electronic confuser weft injection and more.
1.This machine adopt the computer programming control, high grade of automation and lower break yarns rate and low consumption.
2. Adopt unique servo pile mechanism, can weave different height of velvet by different technical requirement, prevent “dilute microgroove”.
3. Pile beam by using electronic warp tension detecting mechanism, the warp tension always keep uniform.
4. Weaving by electromagnetic clutch, brake alternate control, or by a servo take-up, servo warp, short reaction time and accuracy.
5. Automatic adjustment of sandwich height , range from 2 mm to 6 mm, although without the slit on line, but can enhance the working efficiency.
