Velvet Air Jet Weaving Machine

The velvet air jet weaving machine adopting the frame structure with same as picanol and staubli shedding ,and the solid beating shaft and multiple auxiliary supporting and balanced beating systems improve the stability of the loom at high-speed operation,using a main nozzle+swing nozzle+sub nozzle high speed weft insertion gas consumption of energy less 20% than the same type of domestic models,the model can weave double layer fabric which is required by velvet structure, between the top and bottom layers existing a certain height of pile warp. The two layer fabric will later be cut apart and form two velvet fabric.

Main Specification

1.Servo motor let-off device: overall yarn tension will be detected by tension sensor,and then signal will be processed CPU, which will control the feeding of warp according to the real time cloth roll diameter, in the same time, servo motor will control to form even tension to eliminate unbalance distribution of warp and weft during start up.

2.Servo motor take up device: AC servo motor is used in ETU system and controlled by computer which enables it to synchronize with machine and control beating density,weft density can be set simply on touch screen,no need to replace change gear. What is more, by linkage with ELO,stop times are effectively reduced.

3.All the parameter setting.let-off operation and color selection setting of the loom is convenient to input and clearly displays by man-machine interface.the setting condition of different fabric can be transmitted to the loom through USB,the performance of loom has detail record and the fail information is clear.

4.The staubli cam shedding suitable for weaving plain,stain and twill fabric.the shedding is clearer,weft pass easily, therefor ,production efficiency is increased.cam gear box is lubricated with oil bath,more stable.

5.Main nozzle: weft will be inserted at low air pressure to prevent damage to weft. Therefore, the machine is able to maintain stable performance during high speed running or wide weaving situation where weft is easy to get relaxed.

6.Stop motion:stop motion can quickly find the broken warp position, thus improving the weaving efficiency.
